Most Fresno residents are familiar with Phyllis Collins' sign which existed for many years at her former office location on Shaw Avenue near Fig Garden Village; however Phyllis is no longer at that location because in 1993 she committed herself to move her practice to a Home Office in order to provide more individualized services to her clients while enjoying a better quality of life for herself.
